Important Details
Once you have confirmed air reservations to Hawaii (Bed & Breakfast should be booked several months in advance,
if at all possible),
please fill out the "Reservation Request Form" found on this website with the following information: specific dates, places, type
of unit desired, number of people in your party, price range you wish to pay,
and any special wishes or needs you might have and click send.
We take pride in our prompt service. Once we have all the
information from you, we call the host homes to see which are available for
the dates you want that meet your needs. We then reply to you with a complete
description. The address for the host website is always included for your viewing pleasure (when available to us.) At that time, upon your acceptance, a 20% deposit is required
to hold the accommodation. We accept Discover, Master Card,
Visa, and American Express. There is a 3% fee on deposits amounts only.
After your deposit is received, we send a confirmation to you, listing the
host's name, address and phone number, showing the 20% deposit and the
balance due each host family in cash or traveler's checks upon arrival (once
you're here, the hosts do not accept credit cards, or personal checks). We
also enclose your car confirmation numbers
and inter-island air time table. Your inter-island air tickets are electronically generated and will be waiting for you at each inter-island air ticket counter. Shortly after you receive our confirmation,
each host will send a welcoming letter, map, or directions to their property.
It is our policy to refund deposits, less a $25.00 service fee, if we receive
notification of cancellation 2 weeks prior to arrival time. We look forward
to hearing from you, and hope to make your stay on the islands a memorable
one.
